3 MOST COMMON ISSUES FOR OPENING AND FULL FUNCTIONALITY TO BLEND:
1. VERIFY YOU HAVE ENABLED MACROS
2. ENABLE THE SOLVER FUNCTION
3. SAVE THE .XLSM FILE IN A TRUSTED FOLDER

Make sure the Excel file is saved as a macro-enabled workbook (.xlsm).
If Excel displays a yellow warning bar at the top when you open the file, click "Enable Content" or "Enable Macros".
Files downloaded from the internet or email might be blocked by Windows.
Right-click the file > Properties > check "Unblock" if it’s there, then click OK.
If you do not see this option you can also go to File > Options > Trust Center ?> Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations
Make sure you have the file saved in a folder that Excel considers a trusted location (or add one where it is saved)
2. ENABLE THE SOLVER FUNCTION
